Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche, operative und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams in der Produktion mit bis zu 6 Personen, vorrangig am Standort Tornesch
- Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben des Head of Technical Service & Support
- Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Produktion in Qualität und Quantität
- Fachexperte für den zu verantwortenden Prozess
- Umsetzung von Lean Management Methoden
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen Production, GMP-Compliance und Strategic Procurement
- Ausbildung im pharmazeutischen oder technischen Bereich, gerne mit Meister / Fachwirt, bzw. entsprechend nachweisbare Kenntnisse
- Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung zwingend erforderlich
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern im Bereich der Produktion von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in GMP
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Projekt- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem
