Ihre Aufgaben
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Standards (z. B. 6S, SMED, Kaizen, Gemba, A3-Problemlösung)
- Weiterentwicklung des Shopfloor Managements und der KVP-Methodik
- Erstellung von Arbeitsplatz- und Prozessanalysen wie z. B. Wertstromanalysen/-designs
- Nachhaltige Implementierung von Systemen und Methoden zusammen mit den Mitarbeitern
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen mithilfe von Lean Management Methoden unter QS-/GMP- Aspekten
- Erarbeitung und Nachverfolgung der Lean Roadmap für den Bereich Production Assembly & Packaging
- Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden BDE Systems
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktions- oder Logistikbereichen industrieller Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und nachhaltige Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Lean-Projekten, Lean Six Sigma Ausbildung bevorzugt
- Souveränes Auftreten und Moderationskompetenz auf mehreren Organisationsebenen
- Fähigkeit zur Koordination komplexer Arbeitsabläufe sowie technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie GMP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
