- Our client is a pharmaceutical company specializing in oncology treatments, seeking a Leader of Clinical Trial Operation in Japan.
- The role involves overseeing all operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance, and offering opportunities for career growth within the company.
Key responsibilities of the Leader of Clinical Trial Operation include:
- Direct and guide a Japan operation team through all phases of clinical trials.
- Oversee team members and various vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure the smooth progression of trial activities, managing key milestones, budget, and mitigating possible risks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for addressing issues at study sites, collaborating with CRO-CRA.
- Maintain study quality and regulatory compliance of all documents throughout the trial process.
- The successful candidate for the Leader of Clinical Trial Operation role should possess:
- Extensive Experience: More than 5 years of clinical development work experience in oncology, with multiple experiences in global trials.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring smooth execution of trial activities and adherence to timelines.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and counterparts, including proficiency in business-level English and fluency in Japanese
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to address issues promptly at study sites and act as a point of contact for resolving challenges with CRO-CRA.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experience in ensuring study quality and compliance with regulatory documents, with desirable experience in oncology project management.
