QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPORT
Responsibilities
Participate in a project to update the documents of the company due to a change , modify documents, monitor status of advancement of the changes of all documents and record according to the internal procedures of the area and the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry (GMPs) His/her main responsibilities will be:

• Modification of all GMP documents to load in the QMS ShareMe due to a change in the company GMP related documentation of the quality department:
• key user of the GMP document management system ShareMe for all GMP related documents o distribution of GMP related documentation to all GMP related departments.
• Reporting indicators of the evolution of changes.
• Report the completed activities in the Change Control request.
  

Specific Accountabilities

• Expert in word management to modify lay out documents and all word functionalities to complete a fast process and with tapping errors.
• Key user of the GMP document management system ShareMe.

• Minimum demonstrable experience of more than 4 years of experience in assistant work
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be an asset.
