Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Specialist
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for Talent Development by serving as an HR consultant on a broad range of organizational issues to the business, providing advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters while strengthening Neuraxpharm values.
Being His/Her Major Accountabilities
Solid experience in an HR Partnering role (at least 5 years)
Desirable experience as a Talent Specialist (at least 2 years)
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization in sectors like FMCG, retail, life sciences
Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or related field with master's specialized in HR
Profound knowledge of Spanish labor law
Fluent Spanish and English are a must.
Success Factors is a plus

Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Specialist
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for Talent Development by serving as an HR consultant on a broad range of organizational issues to the business, providing advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters while strengthening Neuraxpharm values.
Being His/Her Major Accountabilities
- Strengthen Neuraxpharm values by promoting a culture based on passion, dynamism, trust, teamwork, excellence & results focused
- Serve as an HR consultant on a broad range of organizational issues to the business; anticipate business needs and provide realistic solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support the leaders in designing the structure with the most effective design to fulfill functional capabilities and ways of working
- Translate business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation and application of agreed policies, processes, systems and programs and strive for best practices of HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind;
- Implement the HR Agenda to NX Spain, Greece, Portugal, Mexico & Brazil affiliates to enable Neuraxpharm to reach its business objectives.
- Be accountable for all HR processes related to the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training plan, talent identification, objectives alignment, compensation, labor relations among others.
- Recommend and implement people solutions suitable for our local team environment whilst maintaining alignment with the approach across the rest of the company.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and partner with the management team to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations.
- Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters; counsel and coach managers and employees on work-related issues;
- Ensure effective communication takes place on HR-related matters at all levels of the organization and help the business to communicate more effectively on all people-related matters.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Conduct and arrange HR checkpoints for new hires, ensuring that new employees are effectively onboarded into the organization and sharing any initial concerns with managers to help prevent issues that may arise in the future.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement for the different teams.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) as well as serving as point contact for the performance appraisal process for the relevant groups.
- Lead other projects and office openings as appropriate.
