Job Purpose:
Promotes the project as a specialist in pharmacology. Specifically, J-NDA, profiling of new compounds/modalities, and contribution to clinical studies in Japan.
Major Accountabilities:

• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional project teams as a pharmacologist.
• Perform all duties related to the pharmacology field in the (s)NDA (preparation of CTD, HA interaction, etc.)
• Assessment of pharmacological profiles to contribute to Japan development strategy.
• Support clinical studies as a pharmacologist including preparation of protocol/ICF/IB and interaction with HAs.
• Contribute to maximizing the value of the project (proposal of new indications etc.).
• Quality management responsibility
  

・Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures.
・100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance.

Role Requirements
Education:
MSc or PhD in life sciences (Pharmacology, Biochemistry, other specific sciences), DVM/MD or equivalent professional experience.
Experience/Professional requirement:

• Taking education or possessing knowledge of basic medicine, such as physiology, pharmacology, molecular biology, etc.
• Experience of NDA as a preclinical pharmacologist.
• Proven record as team player with superior communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in basic research at a research laboratory of a pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in writing articles in English is preferred.
