Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until February 2025. Ideal location is Madrid but we are open to consider candidates based in other Spanish locations
Position
The Market Access Manager has a key role in developing, shaping, and driving the strategy and tactics of the products to ensure successful launches & access optimization.
In alignment with the global direction and framed in the cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that Market Access perspectives are reflected in the Therapeutic Area Development Plan and business decisions. Key areas:
  • Strategic Analysis and Market Intelligence: actively monitor legislative and healthcare environment, analyse competitors, understand customers’ perception…
  • Evidence Generation & HEOR: define the RWE strategy and address the evidence gaps to support the value story of future portfolio. Develop local adaptation of economic models and prepare Budget Impact Models
  • Value Communication & Health Technology Assessment: develop local value narrative, dossiers, materials and tools for payers and decision makers.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Life Science, Health Economics, or other relevant sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry gained from a national Market Access role (market access & pricing, payer & decision makers engagement, HEOR, customer value proposition...)
  • Experience and knowledge in the Spanish healthcare landscape is an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience in our core Therapeutic Areas and new product launch will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Spanish

About The Department
Under this role, you will be part of the Novo Nordisk Spain MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs) unit reporting to the Market Access Head. MAPA team engages diverse stakeholders across political and healthcare landscapes to forge sustainable solutions that drive patient access to innovative products. Moreover, you will be also part of the regional and global team that sets the direction of our future portfolio.
