Global Account Director - Life Science

Job Role: Transition and Integration Lead – Life Sciences

Salary - £140k - £165k + bonus

Location – London

My client, a global leader in real estate services is looking to hire a Transition and Integration Lead to deliver the strategic integration programme for all their service lines (Advisory, Facilities Management & Project Management) for a high-profile pharmaceutical client.

This is a new role within the life sciences division specifically for a key pharmaceutical client with business value in excess of £200 million.

The candidate will own the Strategic Integration Programme of all services lines of Advisory, Facilities Management and Project Management, with the aim of delivering compelling value-add outcomes across with supported business cases and return on investment across the client portfolio life cycle to create a "one team" approach globally.

The creation and management of a holistic programme that addresses the integration of data, systems, services, and deliverables will be a key aspect of the role. Working closely with the US based Life Science team, they will be the sole UK based presence and be accountable for managing cross-service line initiatives and activity and will act as the principle conduit for communication between the client and the business. The role requires experience in working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

Experience Required:

• Real estate and advisory experience
• Experience within the life sciences / pharmaceutical sector is essential.
• Strong understanding of FM operations
• Experience in leading integrated global Real Estate and/or FM organisations.
• Demonstrates tangible leadership and relationship management skills both across client stakeholders and Advisory, PM and FM teams.
• Strong track record of delivering financial savings commitments and operational outcomes.
• Management experience across global markets and cultures
• Hold a business management or related degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with key Stakeholders.
