Job Title: Medical Information Manager
Work Structure: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week. 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH.
Pay rate: £360 - £370/day
Contract Length: 12 months, INSIDE IR35
Location: Uxbridge, North West London, UK
Overview: Elevate your career by joining our esteemed global bio-pharmaceuticals client as a Medical Information Manager! As the subject matter expert for Medical Information (MI), you'll embody expertise as the go-to authority for MI on Cell Therapy products and related therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities for the Medical Information Manager include, but not limited to:

• Researching, and preparing responses for MI inquires, as well as interfacing with and supporting MI escalations from the Medical Information vendor/call centre.
• Identifies, reports, and records adverse events and product complaints in a timely manner in accordance with SOP.
• Create, update, and participate in review and quality check of MI response documents in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Assist with creating/developing Standard Response Documents (SRDs) for product portfolio, as needed.
• Help assist in the development and provide therapeutic and product training to Medical Information vendor/call center and MI matrix team
• Works with limited supervision.
  

Education And Experience

• An advanced degree (PharmD, MD) is preferred.
• Experience in Medical Information is required.
• Experience in Cell Therapy / Oncology is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience of working with MI vendors preferred.
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams, across geographies.
• Ability to create and provide clear communication of scientific data for different audiences, including members of the public.
• Excellent ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, prioritise, organise, and lead through influence in a complex, matrix environment.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal requirements for the provision of MI in the pharmaceutical environment, with understanding of regional or country regulations related to the provision of MI services.
• Ability to provide analysis and evaluate clinical, bio-medical, and scientific data.
• Understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Has a strong attention to detail, excellent project management and problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively.
• Good organisational and work planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of digital solutions for communicating with health-care providers and patients
• Previous experience with problem-solving and project management preferred.
