COMPANY SUMARY:

My client caters to pharmaceutical manufacturers, cosmetics product manufacturers, pharmacies, and analytical laboratories, offering cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection programs along with validation support. Join a company with operational efficiencies in dynamic and expanding markets.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Main focus on selling cleaning/sanitizing solutions (CIP -clean-in-place/ COP – clean-out-of-place) to personal care and cosmetics manufacturers but will also cover some pharma customers.

Personal care is a big growth area for my client, they have the products and are ready to rock, have some customers but don’t know the market that well so looking for someone to come in with the expertise within personal care and cosmetics manufacturing.

Key focus is on bringing in new business and building pipeline – accelerating sales in this specific segment.

Key Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in life science or engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science)
• Looking for a technically experienced candidate – must have prior experience with cleaning validation at pharma/ personal care/ cosmetics sites plus the sales acumen
• Total sales experience: 8+ years of BD, hunter mindset, kicking in doors, getting new business
• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling cleaning/sanitizing to industrial environment / personal care / cosmetics manufacturers. Need someone who has strong connections and knows key customers.
• Must demonstrated significant growth in their current portfolio – our client is a double digit growth company, so looking for people with this level of experience.
• Ability to travel as customer facing role / on the road
• Must have strong CRM experience – reporting and tracking
