Administrative Specialist

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an Administrative Specialist to support our projects in Argentina and Spain, and to be located in Barcelona, Spain.

You will be responsible for

• Active invoicing;
• Management of Argentinian resources;
• Payments to suppliers and salaries;
• Cash flow analysis;
• Analysis and recovery of claims, both in Argentina and Spain;
• Organization of the Argentine Administration;
• Reconciliation of charges and credit cards;
• Support for the Spanish administration.

About you

• Graduated in Economics;
• +2 years of experience in similar positions;
• Fluent in English (min. B2 level, spoken and written);
• Experience in the Argentinian market both in working and economic terms.
