Project Management, (Senior) Manager-Associate Director

Responsibilities：

• Manage projects from early research to development stage.

• Drive cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables established in project planning and agreed upon with senior leadership.

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of research plans in collaboration with program teams using excellent program management operational standards.

o Liaise with stakeholders and experts in each functional department to clearly set a list of tasks and a project schedule, and monitor the progress of key deliverables.

o Manage resource and budget management, project risk assessments, and project documentation for stage gate reviews or similar.

• Provide support for government grants application.

• Coordinate project meetings, R&D scientific meetings, portfolio review and clinical development plan review meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor, Master or Ph.D in Clinical, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.

• Work experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical R&D

• Project management experience or PMP certification, regulatory experiences highly preferred.

• Strong communication and influence skills across functions.

• Strong learning skills and sense of responsibility, hard-working and dedications.

• Professional proficiency in the Office suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Veeva & etc.).
