Qubit Pharmaceuticals is French-American deeptech startup, focussing on discovering novel small molecule drug candidates for complex disease targets deemed ‘undruggable’. Using our proprietary cutting-edge technologies, we develop our own drug discovery programs that we either co-develop with or license out to pharmaceutical companies. Qubit Pharma uses a hybrid of classical and quantum computing approach to design more effective and safer drugs, aiming to significantly reduce the time and investment needed to discover new drug candidates. In less than 18 months, Qubit Pharmaceuticals grew its drug discovery portfolio to 6 programs in oncology, inflammation & antivirals leveraging its proprietary platform, Atlas.

Drug discovery through simulation and modeling requires unprecedented computational capabilities beyond the petaflop, or more than one million billion operations per second. Qubit Pharmaceuticals, a deeptech company, has worldwide access to existing and emerging supercomputers with one of the largest private GPU supercomputers for life sciences in France. Our in-house platform Atlas integrates advanced simulation technologies that run on these supercomputers to accelerate calculations by a factor of 100 000, thus performing calculations in a few hours versus over a year's time. These simulations, along with optimized small molecule identification strategies and in-house experts in computational and medicinal chemistry, will allow several chemical series to be explored in parallel.

Your role!

• Commission new client workstations (manage input/output)
• Participate in improving and securing the Ubuntu/Win/Mac technical customer base
• Write, improve and monitor technical procedures
• Implement a high-quality client workstation management process
• Implement a ticket/inventory system based on GLPI
• Support and troubleshoot workstation equipment, printers, etc. remotely or locally (in French and English)
• Verify compliance with security and usage rules for client workstations
• Participate in setting up internal and cloud infrastructure projects
• Ensure the smooth running of meeting rooms
• Ensure the smooth running of equipment during events
• Monitor technological developments in the area of intervention
• Configure client workstations in accordance with established standards
• Install software and hardware (computers, printers, smartphones, peripherals, etc.)
• Create user accounts and profiles, and assign roles to users within the Google Workspace organization
• Manage hardware and software rollouts and upgrades
• OS and application patch management

Your Qualifications!

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent.
• Experience of 2 to 5 years is required.
• Very good command of the Ubuntu Linux platform (60% of our workstations) - imperative
• Good knowledge of MacOS (30% of our workstations) - imperative
• Knowledge of Windows 11 (10% of our workstations)
• Mastery of scripting to automate administration tasks
• Management of a Google Workspace organization - imperative
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Knowledge of GLPI, Falcon Crowdstrike a plus
• Good level in English (oral and written) - imperative
