Oncology Product Manager

1 - Develop long, mid, and short-term business plans and conduct measures in alignment with global marketing strategy to maximize the sales potential of XXX brands.
2 - Establish and conduct market research capabilities to define market domain, to select target doctors/institutes, to estimate their market potentials, to analyze competitors, to reflect current and future implication of medical and therapeutic requirements to the business for XXX products
3 - Create and lead planning and implementing measures and check the status of actions in order to realize a maximized product value
4 - Plan and implement scientific relations, focusing on KOLs, for scientific congresses, lectures, symposia and investigations, etc. in collaboration with medical affairs.
5 -Realize a short term, national level activation plan with operative publicity and information measures (congresses/ meetings and promotional materials, etc.) and a required number of product supply, to be provided in a timely manner.
6 -Work closely with the digital team to develop and drive new digital solutions.
【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
■University Degree or above
■Over 3 years experience in marketing. Experience in oncology is preferred but is not essential and we can provide full training.
■Having adaptable knowledge and practices to conduct portfolio planning and its evaluation of revenue-cost-profit, ensuring a balanced commercial and scientific aspect
■Experiences in launching of any new product and life cycle management in the pharmaceutical market
■Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to realize co-work and cooperation with related parties concerned
■Native Japanese level
■Business English level (TOEIC 730+ if you do not have this score, you need to commit to studying English and achieving this within one year of joining XXX - full support will be provided)
