Job Description
The EMEA Compliance Department at Recordati Rare Diseases is looking for an intern for 6 months to support the EMEA Compliance Officer.
His/her main missions will be:
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance related standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate to team meetings, brainstorming workshop sessions and cross-functional meetings.
  • Support the development of clear and engaging compliance awareness materials for EMEA colleagues.
  • Support in providing compliance related advice to medical and marketing colleagues.
  • Support in organizing internal meetings.
This internship will allow the trainee to gain some operational experience on compliance within a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Student in Master 2 preferably in Legal or Compliance (other specialties possible)
  • Strong knowledge on Compliance matters
  • Fluent in English, oral & written
  • Good flexibility, agility and creativity
  • Good communication skills, oral & written
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Experience in Pharma is a plus
Start date: Quarter 2 2024
Duration: 6 months
Contract specifications
Traineeship located in Puteaux (92)
Full time internship of 35 hours per week
Intern Salary : 900€ gross per month
Meal vouchers of 10€ per worked day (4,71€ participation from intern)
Reimbursement of 50% of Public transport subscription
