We are on the lookout for a Project Delivery and Client Relations Manager to join our team in Barcelona, offering expert technical and scientific services to the forefront of the Pharmaceutical.

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:

Project Delivery

  • Ensuring delivery of audit reports to clients on time and in scope.
  • monitoring and managing project risks and issues and troubleshooting.
  • ensuring client’s requirements are received, understood and covered during projects.
  • coordination of different departments to ensure proper delivery of the project.
  • working across teams to successfully manage key projects through to delivery.

Process Improvement

  • Understanding the company’s business needs and challenges in project delivery.
  • identifying best practices and suggesting and implementing improvements aligned to the company’s objectives.

Customer Experience

  • Delivering proactive customer service.
  • Always Providing high quality solutions with attention to detail.
  • building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
  • working with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Administrative tasks

  • Sending contracts, audit reports and other related audit documentation to customers

This Role Is Tailor-Made for You If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project delivery, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and a keen eye for identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
