After-Sales Service Manager:

The after-sales service manager is a key role responsible for managing service in Spain and Latin America

Reports To:

The After-Sales Service Manager will be reporting to the CEO.

Job Description

The After-Sales Service Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding service targets assigned for after-sales machinery service and sales of consumables and spare parts. He/ she will be carrying out the following tasks:

·       Oversee a team of customer support representatives to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.

·       Develop and implement strategies to efficiently address and resolve customer issues, aiming for positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.

·       Analyze patterns of customer issues to identify root causes and work with relevant teams to implement preventive measures.

·       Identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades based on customer needs and preferences.

·       Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.

·       Ensure that after-sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

·       Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to overall product/service enhancements.

Qualifications/Competencies

·       Experience required: 9 to 10 Years in Printing and /or Packaging machinery sales.

·       Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Tech/Diploma in Print and Packaging. Preferably a Mechanical Engineer and MBA

·       Business Level of Spanish and English 

·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

·       Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Availability for traveling 

Minimum Experience

9 – 10 years of Machinery Service or related relevant experience 

Location

The After-Sales Service Manager will work from Barcelona, Spain.
