Internal Communications and Change Manager

Healthcare/Pharma - Agency side

Remote - UK only

£50K -£60K base+


You will work for an award-winning healthcare and pharmaceutical agency that specilaises in Communications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way the company is perceived by key audiences and clients. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result-oriented evaluation. You will work in a strategic manner advising clients on key areas of internal structural change.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across your clients organisations.
  • Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide emails.
  • Foster collaboration and transparency by facilitating communication between different departments and levels of the organisation.
  • Develop compelling messaging that communicates the rationale, benefits, and impacts of change to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key leaders and project teams to ensure alignment between change initiatives and internal communication strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications within healthcare or pharmaceuticals agency side is a must
  • 7+ years' of experience in communications operations
  • Skilled in Internal change communications
  • Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
