We are looking for a new colleague to support our Germany-focused Pricing and Market Access (AMNOG) team starting as soon as possible. As an AMNOG-focused Manager you will be at the forefront of strategic pricing and market access consulting for the most innovative pharmaceuticals in the world - from gene & cell therapies to multi-indication blockbuster drugs. How you will create an impact:

  • Develop national launch pricing strategies for innovative pharmaceuticals, reflecting the specific market environment and requirements in the German Health Care Market.
  • Support pharmaceutical companies in developing and executing the optimal strategy to manoeuvre through the AMNOG process (incl. HTA process and price negotiations, without dossier writing).
  • Act as a thought leader driving meaningful analysis as well as preparing and leading strategy workshops to prepare our clients for the AMNOG process.
  • Perform as a responsible project manager coordinating all project workstreams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Engage in business development activities to grow the AMNOG practice at Simon-Kucher.


About you:

  • University degree (master’s degree in business/economics/health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, law or similar)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of pricing and market access for innovative pharmaceuticals
  • Proven experience in strategically manoeuvring innovative pharmaceutical products through the German AMNOG process.
  • Experience with AMNOG benefit evaluation: G-BA’s code of conduct, IQWIG, Key AMNOG dossier requirements.
  • Experience in preparing national price negotiations with the GKV-SV according to §130b SGB V Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and in English, both verbal and written
