About the Role
Join our client’s dynamic team as an Inside Sales and Support Coordinator, a pivotal role for an enthusiastic and driven individual. The core responsibility of this role is to oversee a diverse portfolio of smaller key accounts, fostering strong customer relationships through diligent service via calls. It serves as a crucial intermediary for various sales-related tasks, including upholding portals, orchestrating marketing efforts, supporting field management, and conducting data analysis. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying upselling opportunities, engaging with clients, collaborating on sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships through calls, assisting in document preparation, updating records, cold calling for leads and analysing sales data. It is a great opportunity for someone wanting to step into the dynamic world of FMCG with lots of potential growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
We are open to candidates from various backgrounds, including junior sales executives, sales representatives, sales coordinators, and sales support.
