Key Account Manager

South West and South Central | Pain Management

The successful candidate will be operating across varied levels of the NHS and will be responsible for securing business growth, by developing and effectively implementing strategic account plans within their designated territory.

Job Overview:

• Working with HCPs and payers to review their evidence-based use of pain treatments.
• Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
• Payer customer responsibilities depending on the account plan needs, which involves knowledge of Market Access environment.
• Identify and understand the priorities and challenges of all stakeholders within our accounts, both clinical and payer.
• Use of a blended Omnichannel approach to ensure interactions move customers to be trusted partners.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and understanding of pain therapy area and associated patients’ pathways, identifying opportunities for these patients in the health system.

To be successful:

• Life Sciences or Business Degree, or other relevant qualification.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience in both primary and secondary care.
• ABPI qualified.
• Omnichannel and virtual engagement experience.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Customer and patient focus.
• Experience promoting within pain management ideal.
