About the role

Currently we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for Group Purchasing Organisations GPO & Tender Sales, based in Germany reporting to the Head of Hospital Germany. In this pivotal tole, you will be at the forefront of our pharmaceutical endeavors, leveraging your 7+ years of experience detailing of pharmaceuticals and 4+ years in key account management in hospitals. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Hospital GPO management and contracting
• Tender submissions, KPI tracking, uptake and coverage
• Align with hospital pharmacies from GPOs
• Hospital procurement
• FTF customer visits and virtual calls, representation on congresses, round tables and GPO annual meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Master or Bachelor in natural science (Health economy, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology) or MBA
• Pharmareferent §75AMG

Work Experience

• 7+years medical detailing, field force experience
• 4+ years hospital sales and GPO tendering and contracting

Technical skills

• Excellent network in the hospital environment, pharmacies, procurement, tenders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Service oriented
• Excellent computer skills (sales reports & monitoring, KPI tracking, customer analysis, market research, especially in Excel)
• Strong presentation skills, great communicator
• Familiar with virtual meeting platforms for virtual or remote calls
• Fluent in German and intermediate knowledge in English (must)
• Team oriented

Personal skills

• Customer oriented, self-starter with significant field experience in hospital and pharmacies equipped with appropriate stakeholder network and operational excellence in GPO tender management
