A day in Bio MS&T Project Management and Transfers
As Associate Director MS&T PMT (Project Management and Transfers) you are part of the Teva Biotech MS&T Leadership Team. Your main responsibility will be the professional management and coordination of local and global interfaces in diverse projects within the Biologics organization. You act as a point of contact when it comes to Biologics Drug Substance Technology Transfers to Ulm, but also in other interdisciplinary projects within the Biologics organization. You are leading a group of project managers and Subject Matter Experts to successfully implement large-scale manufacturing processes in Ulm. This entails the process assessment regarding facility fit in collaboration with the interfaces, the lead of the Technology Transfer into the commercial facilities in Ulm including the timely management of process validation and support in the preparation of regulatory documents for BLA / MAA filing.
In your role, you will also manage and coordinate troubleshooting and lifecycle management activities for Biologics Drug Substance manufacturing, like critical process adaptations while managing all interfaces between the involved departments to successfully implement optimizations in the large-scale manufacturing process.
Besides the process science related activities, the project function within the MS&T organization in Ulm also includes to manage projects with several external Teva Biotech customers. For them, the MS&T organization in Ulm acts as the first point of contact for all communication with the customers, coordinates internal interfaces regarding all responses to the customers and has an overview of the contractual framework and obligations. In addition to initializing, planning, executing and completing projects, the corresponding risk and change management activities must also be managed.
In addition, you support the global MS&T group providing Biologics Drug Substance information regarding capacity utilization planning, launch planning and Drug Product activities.
Who Are We Searching For
You are
  • a proactive person with ability to work independently and problem-solving oriented
  • able to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary global work environment with different stakeholders
  • a very well-organized employee (m/f/d) with high level attention to details
  • an experienced Project Manager with very good level of understanding of Biotechnological Manufacturing Processes and the biotechnological value chain
You have
  • a degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology or similar
  • several years of experience in the relevant functions in the field of biotechnological API manufacturing activities.
  • excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • profound knowledge of the handling of common project management tools
