TFS HealthScience is looking for an Administrator, Clinical Trial Management Systems - home based in Italy, Poland or Spain.

Responsibilities
The Administrator of Vault Clinical is responsible for supporting the Manager of Vault Clinical with the following activities:

• Ensure the system is fit for intended use as per user requirements, regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Work with study team to support the use of Vault Clinical to meet internal and client requirements and metrics.
• Work with the Vault Clinical vendor, internal and client teams to build required metrics and reports to ensure ongoing accurate study management.
• Work with Vault Clinical vendor to review and resolve ongoing issues.
• Adherence to ICH/GCP Guidelines pertaining to CTMS.
• Responsible for the training of Functional Vault Clinical Subject Matter Experts in the use of Vault Clinical as applicable at TFS.
• Management and resolution of Level 2 Vault Clinical related helpdesk tickets.
  

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with Veeva Vault Clinical.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and CTMS requirements.
• Good communication skills
• At least 3 years CTA/PMA experience
• Good command of English, written and verbal
