Your mission
Reviewing and drafting contracts with vendors, partners, and clients. Maintaining the quality and accuracy of contracts, identifying and mitigating potential legal risks, and ensuring compliance with European laws and regulations including GDPR.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Collaborate closely with the Legal & Compliance Manager to develop the following tasks:
  • Managing legal inquiries and providing comprehensive legal advice to the organization.
  • Creation and updating of contract templates.
  • Work in tandem with internal and external stakeholders to draw up and review contracts.
  • Provide assistance in delivering legal instructions, ensuring proper documentation for future reference.
  • Maintaining the legal Q&A database for future use.
  • Contract signature process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Inform and advise the EBMT and the employees who carry out processing of their obligations according to the GDPR and to other Union or Member State data protection provisions;
  • Support to the DPO in monitoring compliance with GDPR, with other Union or Member State data protection provisions, and with the policies of the controller or processor in relation to the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and training of staff involved in processing operations, and the related audits;
  • Provide advice where requested as regards the data protection impact assessment and monitor its performance under Article 35;
  • Cooperate with the supervisory authority;
Requirements
  • LLB or LLM in law, with a focus on business law and/or healthcare law.
  • Fluent in English, excellent oral and written skills. Knowledge of legal terminology in English.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • GDPR and Data Protection knowledge
  • Familiarity with clinical research, clinical trial agreements, GCP, and clinical data-sharing requirements.
  • Specific knowledge in pharmaceutical and healthcare law including the EFPIA code.
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various contracts, including NDAs, Sponsorships, IP contracts, Collaboration Agreements, and Service Agreements.
  • Experience in Risk assessment and management
  • Understanding of ISO 31022:2020 Legal Risk Management
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capability to produce outcomes and achieve objectives within deadlines.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Take initiative to improve department procedures.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues and external contacts.
Desirable
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google tools.

  • Full-time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week).
  • Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).
  • 26 days of vacation per year.
  • Salary: 43.231 - 44.568 gross/year (depending on previous experience).
