Summary:

• Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join their team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intellectual property matters, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, and will need to be fluent in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
• Providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters.
• Managing patent portfolios and supporting patent litigation activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Attorney with a strong background in patent law.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
