How you can make an impact:
This is a newly created stand-alone subject matter expert role reporting into the Director of Product Development, Regulatory and Medical Affairs to provide medical support cross functionally for all development and marketed products across a broad portfolio of respiratory, renal, dermatology, GI and rheumatology medicines.

  • Medical Degree/ Pharmacy Degree/ PhD and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of the ABPI Code of Practice and the MHRA Blue Guide.
  • Outstanding analytical skills (science-based and marketing oriented) and highly developed oral and written medical communication skills to be able to partner effectively with cross functional senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to assimilate and interpret scientific and other relevant information.
  • Broad scientific and medical knowledge with a solid track record of study evaluation and interpretation, medical writing, presentation development, training skills and usage of medical / scientific databases.
  • A solid blend of scientific, compliance and commercial acumen to enable effective cross functional working.
  • A self-starter who can work on their own initiative and drive medical affairs best practice in a commercial setting.
