An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Band 6 Clinical Pharmacist to work in an exceptional independent private hospital next to Central London. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

As The Clinical Pharmacist Your Key Responsibilities Include
The successful Clinical Pharmacist will receive an excellent salary up to GBP45,847.55 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

As The Clinical Pharmacist Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Visit allocated wards and review inpatient prescription charts, checking for clinical correctness according to current practice.
- Ordering non stock medicines for individual patients and ensuring continuity of supply
- Clinically screen and final check in:patient and discharge TTO prescriptions according to current practice
- Resolve any prescription queries with the prescriber and amend prescription accordingly
- Participate in dispensary dutie s (e.g. prescription processing) and ensuring appropriate records (e.g. controlled drug registers are maintained)
- Has provided medication counselling to patients
- Multidisciplinary working with Nursing and/or Medical colleagues
- Analysis and application of clinical data
- Completion of one year Pre:registration training
