Position: USA Inside Sales

In order to be able to utilize the learning content in actual work situations, the function that scientifically implements the process of ``teaching, practicing, learning, and applying'' has been highly praised, and is being introduced by major companies.

Approximately 90% of cases are inbound transactions★Transaction record: Pharmaceutical/financial/retail, etc. (more than 1,000 employees).


Incorporating the latest technology such as AI, they provide a system in which employees' voluntary learning is promoted through real-time feedback using AI, and learning is directly linked to a company's performance/sales.

[Job description/Responsibility]

You will mainly be responsible for developing new customers and proposing services, remotely, targeting the United States.

Specifically, they will entrust you with the following duties.

・Acquisition of new contracts (approaching potential customers by phone, email, and online meetings)

・Listening to each company's educational issues and proposal of optimal plan and usage method.

・Creation of learning content that matches customer needs and improvements suggestion

・Potential lead/information acquisition (seminar presentation/collaborative seminar)

・Cultivate user awareness and interest in products (LP articles/YouTube videos/SNS)

They primarily provide services to enterprise companies in the pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing, retail, and educational service industries.


[Requirements]

・English ability: native

・The following ① or ② are required.

① Those who have experience in inside sales, outbound calls, or teleappointments in the United States or Japan.

② Those who apply to any two of the following (experience outside the United States can be considered)

・3 years of customer support experience

・3 years of major sales experience

・3 years of SaaS sales experience

・3 years of experience in education and training industry

Training sales, educational policy design, specialized sales consulting, etc.

Example) 5 years of SaaS sales experience x 3 years of major corporate sales experience

3 years of experience in sales for major corporations x 3 years of experience in the education and training industry


[Preferred requirements]

・Sales experience to enterprise companies

・Work experience at a SaaS company

・Work experience in the human resources development/organizational development field

・Business experience using Chinese/English

・Consulting sales experience in the IT industry

・Consulting sales experience in education/training services


[Ideal candidate]

・Those who can be independent/self-propelled

・Those who can understand and empathize a fast-paced work style

・Those with a high work ethic and respect for others

・Ability to see things from a team perspective


[Conditions]

Employment type: permanent

Probation period: 4 months

Estimated annual income: ¥6M~(annual salary system, incentives not included)

*Includes 30 hours worth of fixed overtime pay.

*Payment amount can be increased according to results through evaluation interview once every 3 months

Work location: Tokyo

Working hours:9:00-18:00

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: Average month 40 hours

Benefits: Complete social insurance, commuting allowance (according to company regulations), and other benefits
