Digital Supply Chain Programme Director

Digital Supply Chain Programme Director – Pharma – 12months £700pd outside of IR35

Our global pharmaceutical client now requires a Digital Supply Chain Programme Director for an initial 12-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for a strong Digital Supply Chain Programme Director or Manager to join and lead a range of new programmes within End to End supply chain automation.

This role will be at the forefront of how the design of their full digital supply chain programme will be executed. Their will be a deep focus on Supply Chain Digital Twins, Control Towers and Command Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Strive to create an integrated, global AI-powered supply network.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to set the formation and mobilisation of the programme team.
• Collaborate with Finance to shape detailed business case/s and ongoing funding requirements for the entirety of the programme.
• Development of an integrated programme plan and roadmap, outlining how major milestones in this initiative align with other large transformational programmes.
• Set up and alignment of governance of the programme with other existing digital governance forums.
• Work with IT to develop the requirements for the underpinning technology platform and set up a cross-functional team across IT and the business to deliver that platform.
• Identifying and sequencing use cases to leverage interdependencies and deliver maximum value through the life of the programme.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a Digital Supply Chain Director, Digital Supply Chain Programme Manager role or similar.
• Global Pharmaceutical manufacturing or Biologistic industry supply chain experience highly advantageous.
• Proven digital supply chain programme management experience across whole end to end supply chain.
• Deep knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Digital Twins, Command Centre and Control Towers.
• IT/Digital background would be beneficial as you will be working closely with multiple IT teams.
• Full UK Right to Work.

The Overview:

• Initial 12-month contract
• £700 per day, Outside IR35
• Macclesfield office
• Hybrid; 3 days per week onsite ideal
