Walker Cole International is currently searching for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join a pharmaceutical company based in Southeast England. The Business Analyst role is available on a hybrid basis.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will include:
  • Placing orders through contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs), based on stock availability and forecast obtained through collaboration with stock controllers and sales.
  • Maintaining the relationship with existing CMOs including planning and execution of batches and ensuring correct testing samples and records are sent.
  • Creation of stock POs, verifying and adjusting PO quantities, sharing details with CMOs.
  • Management of UK and EU testing laboratories, ensuring they are using the correct specifications and arranging COAs.
  • 3PL management, ensuring correct PO is released.
  • Collaboration with batch release, regulatory and technical teams.
A successful candidate for the Supply Chain Co-Ordinator position will demonstrate the following:
  • Degree level education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology or Engineering.
  • Practical experience in supply chain e.g. handling, storage and distribution of medicinal products and transactions in, or selling or procuring medicinal products.
