An award-winning pharmaceutical company are seeking a Global Medical Compliance Director to become a key player within their Global Medical operations team. You will act as the primary contact for all medical compliance related topics, ensuring worldwide governance over promotional and non-promotional materials and activities/events to be in line with ABPI code of practice and other relevant worldwide codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing mandatory educational programmes for all people involve in the development, review, and approval of materials.
• Responsible for training and validation of ABPI code and other codes worldwide and, where necessary, implementing relevant changes to internal policies.
• Act as a ABPI final signatory and support other signatories and activities in local and global teams.
• Work closely with compliance to ensure regular audit of material and implement CAPAs where appropriate.

🫵 Requirements:

• B.Pharm with ABPI Medical Signatory
• Extensive Medical Affairs experience (primarily in regional/global roles)
• Knowledge of ABPI, IFPMA, EFPIA and other pharmaceutical codes worldwide
• Understanding of how to develop training materials and provide training globally
• Experience in both internal and external audits
