Expected annual base salary range: $62,460 to $97,000
GPS level: P3
JOB SUMMARY: The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the client onboarding and initial configuration of the InvestigatorSpace platform. The role is responsible for management of the client implementation, configuration, and integrations after sales has received a finalized statement of work. The Implementation Manager is the face of InvestigatorSpace and will be our clients’ first exposure to the operational side of the business. The Implementation Manager will build both internal and external relationships, prioritizing delivery and providing superior client service to our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
  • Build and manage relationship with business and executive stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Lead as an operational interface between the client and Company for product/project/service solutions.
  • Implementation Management
    • Ensure configurations are done in a manner that assures long term reliability and maintenance.
    • Create an environment that combines reliable and repeatable configuration methods with a timely response for our customers.
    • Ensure configurations are documented in accordance with SOP procedures.
    • Drive timelines, remove bottlenecks, and know when/how to leverage supporting teams within the organization to provide creative and rapid solutioning to our clients within the boundaries of system design.
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functionally staffed internal project teams and demonstrate leadership through work ethic, personal values and teamwork while promoting accountability across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Professional certifications in Project, Product, or Agile methodologies preferred but not required.
Qualifications/Experience
  • 4+ years relevant clinical trials/operations experience within, or supporting, a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization required.
  • 4+ years software implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles in an agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and relevant FDA regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize systems in large pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in analyzing, negotiating, and documenting customer business processes.
  • Proven ability to interact and build relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to collect, aggregate, organize, analyze, and present data.
  • Specific expertise, experience and skills should include
    • Mapping integration attributes
    • Technical acumen
  • Experience with the following technologies preferred: SharePoint 2016, Nintex Workflow

There will be a need to attend to single or simultaneous tasks where accuracy of details is important. The need for detailed and precise work is high.
