Your main tasks

• Support the Plant Manager by liaising with external and internal business functions
• Independent coordination and support of the Plant Manager and the Operations team in all administrative matters
• Meeting & Event Management (coordination of meetings, rooms, technical equipment, transport, hotel, catering) and organization of external visitors
• Travel management (bookings, schedules, visas, reimbursement)
• Preparation of the monthly presentation of the business unit in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team Stolberg
• Organization of several charity events throughout the year, including responsibility for the charity budget
• First point of contact for all internal and external communication topics such as press and newspaper releases, social media postings, etc. for the Stolberg site
• Supporting administration of security measures and organization & implementation of review meetings
• Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)
  

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as a friendly demeanor
