Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to expand business for the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expanding

• Maintain existing business and customer relationship

• Understand and master the development trends and trends of eugenics and reproductive medicine (IVF industry), actively participate in relevant academic society conference, and provide suggestions for the development direction and strategy formulation of the company

• Establish actionable business plan in Japan

Qualifications

• Master degree of biological, genetic testing, pharmaceutical or medical is preferred.

• 2+ years in reproductive health or molecule testing service industry is preferred.

• Familiar with conventional gene testing techniques, such as PCR/NGS/ gene chip, etc. 

• Strong market sensitivity, information capture ability and pioneering spirit.

• Excellent language expression and copywriting skills, market research and analysis skills.

• Working proficiency in both Japanese and English, skilled in more languages will be a plus.
