  • Function as a consultant to Retail & E-commerce team to improve performance through application of the SFE framework.
Ø Work closely with retail & E-commerce team to understand and implement brands’ strategies.
Ø Support business planning including target chain/ drug store selection, territory setting/optimization, target setting/allocation.
Ø Monitor and track sales performance, providing monthly deep dive analysis reports.
Ø Build and optimize related processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø Provide guidance and support in utilizing sales tools and technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness. This may include CRM systems and data analysis platforms.
  • Support trade team as SFE BP.
Ø Monitor distributors’ sales data.
Ø Support trade team to analyze distributors’ performance, such as sell-in & sell-out balance analysis.
Ø Track trade hospital listing progress and effectiveness.
Ø Provide guidance and support in utilizing sales tools and technology to enhance effectiveness. This may include data analysis platforms.
  • Support KA team as SFE BP.
Ø Support business planning including KA hospital selection, KA territory optimization, listing target setting/allocation.
Ø Track KA hospital listing progress and performance.
Ø Provide guidance and support in utilizing sales tools and technology to enhance effectiveness. This may include CRM and data analytics platforms.
  • Work together with SIP team in the SIP designing and calculating regarding Retail/E-commerce/Trade/KA team if needed.
  • Collaborate with Retail/E-commerce/Trade/KA teams as the contact person of SFE, and conduct ad-hoc analysis when there is a business need.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Ø Bachelor’s degree or above. Specialization in medical/ pharmaceutics/ business preferred.
Ø Min. 5+ years’ experience of sales force effectiveness.
Ø Must have retail related experience or knowledge in pharmaceutical industry.
Ø Trade Or KA Experience Would Be Preferred.
Ø Fluent English in both written and oral.
Ø Strong skills in collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources.
Ø Strong ability to understand market access, sales data, retail.
Ø Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Ø Strong execution and project management skills
Ø Good connection / network in healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Ø Creative, initiative, flexible, and cooperative
