Supply Chain Analyst

• Monthly Affiliate Demand Process
• Support with preparation of Demand presentation slides, split charts, updating internal management reporting and planning systems.
• Host the Eye care Demand consensus meeting and summarize the key point of the meeting.
• Summarize the RA changes for Eye care and HIV products.
• Supply Planning:
• Responsibility for ensuring that products are sourced to meet the ADS requirements of Marketing China, while maintaining DOH levels and Customer Expectations. Keep all interested parties informed of any delays to shipments.
• Work with cross functional teams for special case under manager supervision.
• Effectively manage the goods supply planning to reduce the Out-of-stock risks with manager support.
• Conduct the shelf-life management under current practice.
• Importation supporting: Work with Global Trade Compliance and Global SC team to ensure that supply is forthcoming to meet Customer orders/demand and liaise with freight forwarders/customs clearance to obtain delivery dates for incoming goods.
• Data Management:
• Checking wholesalers’ inventory report and inventory consolidation with wholesalers.
• EC and HIV product Material Master Data maintenance
• Importation operation support:
• Ensure all the shipping documents are in line with the requirements of customers and authorities.
• Support the importation related operations (arrival time, complaint and other problem occurs during the importation)
• GSP purchase role.
• Create purchase order in GSP system based on the purchasing plan given by Demand manager.
  

Other Tasks Assigned By Manager.

• Major in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Medicine related as GSP requirements.
• Minimum 3 years demand planning/ supply chain/ customer service experience in pharmaceutical company.
• Good understanding of S&OP best practices
• Working experience in GSP certified
• Prior experience in SAP/DDI is preferred.
• Execute priorities established by the manager with speed and agility.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, collaborative and assertive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
