We are partnered with a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions in healthcare analytics, specializing in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Claims Data, and Real World Data (RWD) solutions. Their innovative products empower pharmaceutical companies to make informed decisions, optimize Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and enhance Medical Affairs strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the HEOR and Medical Affairs segments of pharmaceutical companies.
• Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for our EHR, Claims Data, and RWD solutions. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and prioritize target accounts.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HEOR and Medical Affairs leaders within pharmaceutical companies. Understand their unique challenges and objectives to position our solutions effectively.
• Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific needs and pain points of pharmaceutical clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on HEOR and Medical Affairs.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in healthcare analytics, data solutions, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HEOR methodologies, real world evidence, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
