Amcor Flexibles Sélestat recherche un(e) Responsable de Production - Atelier Complexage et Impression
Rattaché au Responsable des Opérations de l’usine, vous aurez la charge d’organiser, planifier et suivre la production pour atteindre les objectifs définis (sécurité, qualité, coût et délais de livraison) dans le respect de la stratégie industrielle définie par la direction,
Vous aurez autorité pour arrêter une production si un risque est présent et pour faire respecter les règles.
L’atelier Complexage et Impression est composé d’environ 170 personnes dont 8 personnes directement rattachées au Responsable de Production de l’atelier.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
  • Définir les objectifs du service et les objectifs individuels qui en découlent
  • Planifier la production avec le service Planning
  • Coordonner les exigences qualité, productivité et maintenance
  • Assurer la cohérence entre la charge de travail et les effectifs
  • Participer au recrutement de nouveaux collaborateurs temporaires et permanents
  • Définir la stratégie de développement des compétences en fonction de la stratégie usine et organiser les formations
  • Réagir aux commandes imprévues et aléas techniques (priorisation, réorganisation)
  • Gérer le budget de l’atelier
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performances
  • Réaliser des Discussions Sécurité
  • Informer, animer et coordonner le personnel de l’atelier
  • Mener des entretiens (évaluation, discipline, reprise…)
  • Gérer les conflits au sein de l’équipe
  • Piloter des chantiers d’améliorations pour perfectionner les outils et process de production
Compétences requises à la tenue du poste :
  • Savoir-être : culture sécurité, exemplarité, organisation, bon relationnel, aptitudes au management et leadership
  • Savoir : connaissances techniques d’un processus de fabrication
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques
Diplômé d’une formation de niveau BAC+5 ou ingénieur avec une spécialisation en gestion de production, vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire de minimum 7 ans en management opérationnel sur des fonctions de production. Vous maîtrisez obligatoirement l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum) dans un contexte professionnel.
Organisé et exemplaire vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités de management, votre bon relationnel et votre disponibilité.
Vous savez être force de proposition et vous savez gérer les priorités.
