As the Director, you'll play a crucial role in translating the science and driving innovation to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Director, Marketing contributes to the development and execution of the pipeline plan for the Respiratory Biologics franchise and leads Brand Strategic Planning for the Respiratory Biologics Team. This role reports directly to the Executive Marketing Director as a member of the Brand Leadership Team. This role contributes to the development of commercial plans to maximize the value of the product as we evaluate opportunities to expand to additional indications beyond asthma. In this capacity, this person will champion the Respiratory Biologics franchise and help build a pipeline that will maximize the product’s long-term value and potential for patients.

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Director, Marketing contributes to the development and execution of the pipeline plan for the Respiratory Biologics franchise and leads Brand Strategic Planning for the Respiratory Biologics Team. This role reports directly to the Executive Marketing Director as a member of the Brand Leadership Team. This role contributes to the development of commercial plans to maximize the value of the product as we evaluate opportunities to expand to additional indications beyond asthma. In this capacity, this person will champion the Respiratory Biologics franchise and help build a pipeline that will maximize the product’s long-term value and potential for patients.
As the LCM Director, Marketing – this person will represent the US and be accountable for the development and implementation of the LCM strategy. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead the development of and provide regular launch-readiness updates for US activities of pre-launch indications including (but not limited to): brand positioning, disease awareness, forecasting, market assessment, customer segmentation, patient journey, qualitative and quantitative research with HCPs/patients/payers, advisory board, and patient videos
- Contribute to the development of business cases to support Phase 3 and commercial investment decisions including comprehensive insight generation, market analysis, forecasting, and commercial modeling, specific to the US
- Collaborate with cross-functional and alliance partners in GPPS, Pricing & Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations
- Map the engagement plan for US key external experts and patient advocacy groups
- Attend LCM congresses/conferences and develop a roadmap for customer engagements
- Engage with leadership and in-line marketing teams to ensure alignment of key events/milestones
- Lead Brand Cross-Alliance Strategic Planning
- Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences;
- 8+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry in one or more of the following: Managed Markets, Brand Marketing, Health Economics, Sales, Pricing or Market Research/analytics, Strategic Planning
- 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Marketing experience
- Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it
- Understanding of the development and commercialization processes
- Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential
- Demonstrated Learning Agility
- Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
- Requires approximately 10-20 % travel
- Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences;
- Clinical experience in Respiratory and Biologics is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of leadership in managing teams of individuals
- Experience in Market Access/Managed Markets
- Experience in Insight/Market Research
- Experience across product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature)
- Experience within early brand lifecycle
- Experience in cross-channel, cross-customer marketing
