Salary Range: $120,600 - $141,400 per year

Location: Redwood City, CA - Hybrid or Remote PST

Job Summary:

This role is a unique opportunity for an entry-level Clinical Operations Professional. As the Senior Clinical Trial Assistant of Clinical Operations, initially reporting to the Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations, you will be a central contact for the clinical study teams and assist with the clinical execution and management to support clinical trials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, reviewing, distributing, and archiving study-specific documents and reports (plans, training materials, study guides, manuals, etc.)
• Assist with updating and maintaining clinical systems and any reporting tools.
• Set up and maintain the trial master files (TMF) if applicable, or work with CRO to audit and resolve discrepancies.
• Create, maintain, and track information for key study-related activities.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, scheduling meetings, developing agendas, and taking meeting minutes for internal clinical operation team meetings.
• Gather investigator and site information to support study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Work with cross-functional study teams and vendors to assist in the coordination of clinical trial activities.
• Support other clinical operations activities as appropriate.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• RN or bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a health-related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in clinical operations or clinical research-related experience
• Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize options.
• Travel may be required (~25%).
