Senior Project Manager

The role…we're looking for a successful, experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
With a track record in delivering digital projects, you'll be an integral part of a team of Project Managers delivering multiple portfolios of projects across industry verticals. You'll utilise your client delivery expertise and experience of methodologies to take responsibility for delivering a variety of digital learning projects for a range of global leading brands, working with commercial colleagues to enable growth.
You'll use effective communications skills to work with clients and a range of disciplines within our business, having a good understanding of how technology can help us achieve both client and business goals. You'll have experience in supporting other Project Managers, using your experience and demonstrating best practice to help them grow.
Your experience will ensure you control project objectives such as time, budget and project governance, and you'll be at ease turning client needs into requirements which different disciplines understand. Your natural ability for taking control of your projects will ensure both clients and colleague feel they're in safe hands. This is a vital role in our success and you'll be supporting our wider growth plans.

Required experience:

• Excellent German language skills, other European language skills are desirable
• Experience working in Project Management in a digital corporate learning or digital media (learning solutions, websites, digital marketing, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple projects for large brands/companies
• Thorough understanding of project and programme management tools and methodologies
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end project cycle, including extensive knowledge of budget creation and management
• Proactive project governance, including risk and change
• Experience in mentoring and/or coaching roles
• A good understanding of working across operational, commercial and technical environments
• Experience engaging, influencing and coordinating multi-disciplined project resource teams
• Experience of communicating and influencing commercial colleagues
• Strong negotiation, crisis management and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and numerical ability
• Passion for customer excellence, innovation and quality
  

Location - Hybrid (Berlin)
We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team. We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential, but we also feel face-to-face time is important too.
We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.
We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
