About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Greater China Business Development and Alliance Head to drive our client's strategic growth in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing business development opportunities, managing alliances and partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Deal-Making Proficiency ( License in & out experiences) : Proven ability to successfully close substantial deals, including licensing agreements, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Lead negotiations and manage relationships with potential and existing partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.

Drive the transaction process from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.

Work closely with regional and global teams to align strategies and maximize business impact.


What Our Client Wants:


Proven experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in China.

Strong track record of successful deal-making and partnership management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends.

Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
