岗位职责:
岗位职责:
- 组织开展部门工艺技术开发项目管理工作，包括调研、方案建立、研发、资料撰写、组织协调、任务调配及进度控制等；
- 负责制定、跟进研发计划，督促跟进项目研究进展，解决项目中遇到的问题;
- 负责组织解决生产中各类工艺问题，保证生产稳定。
- 组织新产品的开发和新技术、新设备的应用，不断提升公司的技术水平。
- 组织收集国内外医药制造技术发展信息，并及时进行分析与研究，组织相关人员对其中有价值的信息进行研讨。
- 学历：研究生及以上
- 专业：药物化学、有机合成、药物分析、有机化学等药学或化学相关理学专业；制药工程、生物制药、化学工程与工艺等药学或化学相关工学专业。
- 工作经验：5年以上中国医药TOP50或外资企业研发、工艺开发工作经历；直接领导过1个或以上重大项目研究工作。
- 熟练掌握office等各类办公软件以及chemoffice等常用专业软件；
- 熟悉国内外药品管理及注册相关法律法规,具有一定的申报资料编写经验；
- 熟悉国内外本行业技术发展状况，全面掌握国内外本行业最新技术发展信息；
- 对国内外本行业新产品、新技术、新设备、新工艺的情况有较深入地了解；对产品的研发、新技术的开发、新工艺的应用和管理等具备专业开发能力；
- 掌握常用专业药用英语的知识，并有一定通用英语阅读和听说能力；
- 具有较强的抗压能力、执行力，良好的团队协作意识，善于沟通，较强的自驱力和责任心。技术开发经理
