Competitive Intelligence Manager
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Drive local initiated business improvement projects such as customer segmentation & targeting, sales force resource allocation, territory alignment and sales quota allocation through close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Design and develop in-depth sales reporting & analysis mechanism to track business performance and identify opportunities for sales force optimization
  • Communicate sales strategy, polices and plans to sales force and train sales managers to implement SFE processes
  • Highlight potential issues with sales performance and provide recommendations on corrective actions 5.Generate business insight through market intelligence and data analysis
Who You Are
  • Strategic insights about sales management in MNC pharmaceutical companies in China
  • 2-3 years of technical know-how and hands-on experience of major SFE methodologies, e.g. terminal potentials, target setting from leading MNC pharmaceutical companies
  • Bachelor Degree or above in relevant fields, e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Statistics etc
  • Good at both written & spoken English
