Control System Engineer

This client is a successful process engineering design and construction company providing specialised project services to the High Tech R&D, Pharmaceutical and related industries. We have exciting upcoming projects in Gas delivery systems, quantum computing and semiconductor research industries. We require the services of an experiences electrical and control systems engineer to support our engineering team in.
Role Details

• Construction and commissioning of custom control systems. This will include design and definition of electrical and control systems both hardwired and PLC based.
• Maintaining electrical and control systems technology and equipment.
• Supervision of electrical installation trades.
• Estimating of electrical projects work.
• Management and cost control of electrical and control systems projects.
• Procurement of project materials and services within budget.
• Knowledge / experience / qualifications in the following areas will be viewed favourably; Functional safety including AS61508 / SIL, hazardous area classification and design, GAMP 5.
• Essential skills include PLC / HMI programming - preferably Siemens, electrical drafting
