Our Business Development Unit is looking for a new colleague, who wants to be part of our technical Sales team in Martinsried close to Munich or from remote to play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, launch and Lifecycle Management of our diverse portfolio of products and services.

As the Product and Service Manager you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying market needs, defining product and services strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Your Responsibility

• Lead the development and implementation of product and service strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including scientific teams, business development and marketing to define and develop new products and services.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product and service planning, development, piloting and commercialization.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of existing products and services.
• Develop pricing strategies and business models to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and service performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to biopharmaceutical research and development.

What You Need To Suceed

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product/service management, business development or related roles within the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or CRO sector.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical research and development processes, including drug discovery, preclinical and clinical development, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• You are business fluent in English
