A top 10 pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced MSL Manager to come onboard and lead across two exciting areas of science! This experienced people leader will help develop the large MSL team that works across several indications and support their MSL function in the upcoming launches. With some exciting products and indications, there will also be a focus on Medical Excellence so an exciting role for an agile MSL people leader to join a leading business.

Requirements:

• Experienced MSL

• Experienced people leader within Pharma - this is essential.

• Launch experience

Responsibilities will include:

• Accountable for 2 MSL teams, driving and ensuring excellence and a high performing team

• Works effectively in a collaborative manner with sales, marketing, clinical development and the market access teams to achieve business goals

• Deputises for Medical Lead where and when required

• Develop and coach MSLs, including regular field visits with the MSLs
