Senior Project Manager (open For Freelance)

With more than 30 years of experience and more than 150 projects developed, Cyclops is a specialist in industrial project management, and is happy to have realized (international) projects for companies such as Pauwels Sauces, Barry Callebaut, GSK, Kellogg’s, Arcelor Mittal, Tiense Suiker, Tessenderlo Group and Cargill.

We are currently looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, to support the growth of our company.

ABOUT THE JOB:

· As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering multidisciplinary, complex EPC and CapEx projects.

· You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.

· You will be responsible for high-level stakeholder-management and managing all project controls.

· You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.

· You will manage projects at the client and different internal and external teams.

· The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.

WHAT WE NEED:

· You have a Master's degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.

· You have minimal 5y experience as a project manager and have a proven record of leading big CaPex or EPC projects.

· With your outstanding peoplemanagement and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams.

· As a Project Manager, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.

· You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.

· You are flexible to travel within Belgium.

· Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus

· You speak fluently English and Dutch or French
