The Company

A global leading Biopharma company with both ongoing clinical development and commercial success, particularly within biologics, and who are developing an innovative pipeline to develop tailored medicines. This company are searching for a Quality Site Head to join their expanding Team.

The Role

As Quality Site Head, you will be responsible for the Quality Compliance, Systems, Auditing, and Operations in this companies rapidly expanding facility. As the face of the site’s Quality department, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team to work alongside you, together progressing the company’s unique pipeline to market, and facilitating their ambitious plans for international expansion. You will report directly to the Site Head and liaise across departments and facilities to maintain and achieve company targets, values, and success.

Responsibilities

· Manage requirements for health authorities and stakeholders.

· Liaise with relevant personnel across multiple departments.

· Establish an efficient Quality System and organisation.

· Work to and Maintain GMP standards.

· Manage and distribute resources.

Requirements

· Sufficient understanding of pharmaceutical business

· Highly experienced with GMP standards

· To have a cross functional approach

· Experienced in handling budgets

· Experienced in Leading a Team

· Extensive Quality experience

· Fluent English.
